Alpine hikes and hikes from the cable car

From the valley to the heights without breaking a sweat. Several cable cars, including Watles, Schöneben and Haideralm, take you up the mountain in comfort. At the top, panoramic hikes with great views take you to mountain huts where the innkeepers will spoil you with traditional dishes. Or you can continue up to one of the peaks. Leisurely alpine hikes also lead to the Schliniger Alm and the Sevenna hut, to the Planeiler Alm or into the idyllic Matschertal valley.
Our tip: With the 3-Länder-Card, you can travel on 9 mountain lifts at low cost. You can easily reach the valley station with the hiking shuttle, which stops just a few steps from our hotel door.
