By car
From the Brenner Pass:
Take the A22 Brenner highway to the Bolzano Sud exit, then turn onto the Merano/Bolzano expressway (Mebo). After Merano/Meran, the Mebo merges into the Val Venosta/Vinschgau state road. Drive in the direction of Reschenpass as far as Mals. h3. From the Reschenpass:Drive over Landeck, the Fernpass and the Reschenpass, then continue on the Vinschgau state road towards Meran as far as Mals.
h3. From the Ofen Pass: From Switzerland, drive over the Ofen Pass, then through the Münstertal valley via Taufers and Laatsch to Mals.
Arrival
By train
Travel comfortably by train via Innsbruck, Bolzano and Merano to Malles/Mals. Malles/Mals train station is only about 1 kilometer away from Hotel Tyrol. We will be happy to pick you up.
The train station Landeck is the terminus of the Austrian railroad. From there you can take the bus over the Reschenpass to Mals. Another option is the South Tyrol Express, which runs from Switzerland to South Tyrol on Saturdays from spring to fall.
Tip for our guests from Switzerland: The journey to Malles/Mals is included in the general public transport pass.

By bus
International buses such as the Flixbus run daily from the larger cities to Bolzano and Merano. From there, you can take the regional train or bus to Malles/Mals.
From Zernez in Switzerland you can easily reach Mals by PostBus. Another option is the South Tyrol Express, which runs from Switzerland to South Tyrol on Saturdays from spring to fall.
