All prices are per person and day with half board or breakfast and our inclusive services. In addition, the local tax of € 3.20 per day and person aged 14 and over must be paid on site.

up to 3 years: 70 % discount
from 3 – 6 years: 50 % discount
from 6 to 12 years: 30 % discount

If our single rooms are fully booked, we charge a surcharge from 25 euros per day for single use of the double room, depending on the season.

Yes, you can safely store your ski equipment and your bike with us. The hotel has a large bike room with charging station for e-bikes and a ski room with ski boot warmer.

Unfortunately, not everything always goes according to plan. If you have to cancel your reservation, the following conditions apply:

• You can cancel free of charge up to 14 days before departure.
• If you cancel within 14 days before departure and depart early, we will charge 50% of the half-board price for the days booked.
• Cancellations less than 7 days before arrival will be charged 100% of the booked days.

These cancellation conditions apply regardless of whether the canceled rooms are re-let in whole or in part. Please also note that cancellations must be made in writing.

You can park your car in the free parking spaces directly at the hotel. It is not necessary to reserve a parking space in advance.

Yes, your animal companion is welcome. Please let us know when you make your reservation that your dog is coming with you. It is possible to take your dog with you in a separate dining room by prior arrangement. We ask for your understanding that dogs are not allowed in the wellness area. We charge an additional 15 euros per day.

You will receive the digital Reschensee Guest Pass from us free of charge. With this guest card, you can travel for free on regional trains, buses and selected cable cars in South Tyrol. There are also many discounts on various leisure activities and at partner businesses.

Yes, our 4-course menu with salad buffet in the evening can be booked spontaneously at a price of €35 per person.

Our suites and rooms are ready for occupancy from 1 pm. If you arrive after 6 pm, please let us know. On the day of departure, please vacate the room by 11 am.

In order to make a binding reservation, we need your credit card number. You are also welcome to transfer a deposit.
