Good morning!
For a sporty day, you need one thing above all: a breakfast that gives you plenty of energy and puts you in a good mood. Hearty and sweet, fruity and fresh: our varied breakfast buffet will fill you up and make you happy. Many products come from local producers and our homemade jams are sure to sweeten your day. On request, we prepare fresh egg dishes with eggs from happy free-range chickens from Malles/Mals.

Four courses to enjoy
The highlight in the evening: our four-course dinner with a crisp, fresh salad and antipasti buffet, a complete delight for the palate and eyes. Let us spoil you with traditional South Tyrolean specialties and Mediterranean classics in a new interpretation. Prepared with regional seasonal ingredients and lots of love. Varied, of the best quality and, of course, with vegetarians in mind.

After an active day, you deserve a little reward! Let Johannes mix you a fruity cocktail and toast to a wonderful day’s vacation. Or enjoy a piece of cake with coffee in the afternoon. In our bar, we also spoil you with an aperitivo at sunset and after dinner with a South Tyrolean grappa or digestif. If you get hungry in between, we will be happy to serve you a snack.
